Summary

This study looks at two ways to surgically repair unstable chest wall injuries (like flail chest) in adults. It compares fixing one break per rib versus fixing two breaks per rib to see which leads to better bone healing. Participants will be followed for a year with CT scans and tests of lung function and pain. The goal is to find out which method helps patients recover best.
