New surgical approach tested to fight tough ovarian cancers

Summary
This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of a specialized surgery that removes lymph nodes near the liver and stomach in people with advanced or recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancers. It aims to see if this procedure can help control the disease for a longer period. The study will enroll about 94 participants who have cancer that has spread to these specific lymph nodes.
