Summary

This study compares two surgeries for lumbar spinal stenosis, a condition that narrows the spinal canal and causes back pain, leg pain, and trouble walking. Researchers will randomly assign 60 adults aged 30-60 to receive either decompressive laminectomy alone or with screw fixation. The goal is to see which surgery provides better pain relief and function after 3 months.
