First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated Apr 26, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether a patient navigator, text message check-ins, and an educational video can help more Black, Latinx, and older adults (70+) with advanced gastrointestinal, blood, or lung cancers get the genomic testing needed to join precision cancer trials. About 210 participants from Dana-Farber Cancer Institute locations will take part. The main goal is to see if this approach increases testing rates and is easy to use.
