NCT ID NCT07437911

First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a special supplement can help people taking GLP-1 medications (like Ozempic or Wegovy) get the nutrients they might be missing and improve their gut health. Researchers will track 120 adults aged 18-59 who are on a steady dose of their GLP-1 drug. Participants will take either the supplement or a placebo, and the study will measure changes in their diet, blood nutrient levels, and gut bacteria.
