First seen Dec 12, 2025 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at whether taking a natural supplement along with a supervised exercise program can improve mood, sleep, memory, and physical function in women going through menopause. About 90 women aged 45-65 will take either the supplement or a placebo for 10 weeks while doing three weekly exercise sessions. Researchers will measure changes in stress hormones, inflammation, and brain chemicals to see if the combination helps.
