NCT ID NCT04192591

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study follows 166 people aged 45 and older who received the Superion implant to treat lumbar spinal stenosis, a condition that narrows the spine and causes leg and back pain. The goal is to see if the implant provides lasting symptom relief and reduces the need for additional surgeries over 5 years. Researchers are measuring success by improvements in pain and function, and by tracking any complications or repeat procedures.
