What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
SuperCAP Program (a smartphone-based program with cognitive exercises, games, and videos)
What this could lead to
If it works, this could offer a simple, at-home way to help people with long COVID think more clearly and feel better emotionally.
What could go wrong
This was a small, completed study with no control group, so results may not be definitive. The program requires daily effort and a smartphone/tablet, which may not suit everyone.
