Summary
This study tests if a new flexible cable (SuperCable) is better than standard steel wire for closing the breastbone after heart surgery. About 86 adults will be randomly assigned to one method. The goal is to see if SuperCable leads to faster bone healing, less pain, and shorter hospital stays.
