Summary

This study tested a computer program called SUPERBRAIN DEX to see if it can improve memory and thinking in people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), a condition that can lead to dementia. 140 adults aged 50-85 took part. The program aims to ease symptoms by training the brain through cognitive exercises.
