Summary

This study looks at whether adding one structured 60-minute physical activity session each week for 12 weeks can improve how preschool children (ages 3-6) move, sleep, and think. About 80 children from a school in Portugal will take part, with some receiving the extra session and others following their usual routine. Researchers will measure changes in movement, motor skills, fitness, attention, and emotions using activity monitors and simple tests.
