Summary
This study looks at whether adding one structured 60-minute physical activity session each week for 12 weeks helps preschool children (ages 3-6) move better, sleep better, think sharper, and manage emotions. About 80 kids from a school in Portugal are taking part, with some getting the extra class and others following their usual routine. Researchers will measure changes in movement, fitness, thinking skills, and behavior using special devices and tests.
