Summary
This study is testing if a medication called sulfasalazine can help prevent pregnant women from having another preterm birth. It will involve 50 women with a history of early delivery. Researchers will check if the drug lowers a specific hormone in the blood and if it actually reduces the chance of having the baby too early again.
