New drug combo tested against superbug infections in hospital patients

Summary

This study looks at how well a drug combination called sulbactam-durlobactam works against hard-to-treat infections caused by a superbug called CRAB. About 200 hospitalized adults will be observed, and their outcomes will be compared to those receiving other treatments. The goal is to see if this drug reduces deaths and improves recovery, while also checking its safety.
