NCT ID NCT06883448
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study is testing whether people with pulmonary fibrosis can safely replace half of their regular clinic visits with home monitoring. Participants will use a home spirometer, pulse oximeter, and a smartphone app to track their health and communicate with their care team. The goal is to see if this approach helps patients better manage their own health while reducing the burden of frequent hospital visits.
