Summary

This study tests whether brief, smartphone-based messages can help adults hospitalized for suicidal thoughts use their safety plan when urges are high. Participants answer surveys up to 4 times a day and may receive a just-in-time tip to cope. The goal is to see if these alerts reduce suicidal urges and improve use of coping strategies.
