NCT ID NCT06463054

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how a mother's emotions and history of suicidal behavior might influence her child's risk of suicidal thoughts or actions. About 150 mother-child pairs (children aged 9-11) will be randomly assigned to either a 6-month DBT skills training program or standard care. The goal is to see if the training reduces suicidal thoughts and behaviors in children over one year.
