One-Hour therapy could save lives: new suicide prevention study
NCT ID NCT06571916
Summary
This study is testing whether a single therapy session called 'Brief Skills for Safer Living' can help reduce suicidal thoughts and improve mental health. Researchers will compare 150 Canadian adults who receive the therapy immediately against those who wait three months. The goal is to see if this brief approach can provide faster help during mental health crises.
