Summary

This study is testing whether a single 1-hour crisis planning session can help prevent suicide. Researchers are comparing this brief talk to standard care in adults who are currently thinking about suicide. They will use brain scans and surveys to see how the session affects brain activity and suicidal thoughts over six months.
