NCT ID NCT06191484
Summary
This study aims to see if helping older adults who recently lost a spouse maintain regular daily routines and stay socially connected can reduce suicidal thoughts and feelings of loneliness. It will enroll 169 people aged 65 and older who lost their partner within the last year and are at risk for depression. Participants will receive health coaching and use technology to help build stable daily habits over 3 months, while researchers track their mood and activity patterns for a year.
