Chatting could save lives: new study examines suicide helpline conversations

Summary
This study looks at how people feel before and after chatting with the Zelfmoordlijn 1813 suicide helpline. About 373 participants will answer short questionnaires about hopelessness, crisis, and support. The goal is to understand what helps most in chat conversations and improve suicide prevention services.
