Summary

This phase III trial tests whether a personalized, high-dose chemotherapy followed by stem cell rescue can improve cure rates for people with high-risk, BRCA1-like breast cancer. The study includes 174 participants with stage III, HER2-negative tumors. The goal is to see if this intensive approach leads to longer survival compared to standard chemotherapy.
