First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study looked at how the body absorbs, breaks down, and gets rid of a drug called subasumstat in people with advanced solid tumors that had no other treatment options. Only 3 adults took part before the study was stopped early. The goal was to measure the drug's path through the body, not to test if it works as a treatment.
