Scientists test Next-Gen Nasal-Response COVID booster

Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety and immune response of a new COVID-19 booster vaccine called STX-S. It will enroll 60 healthy adults who have already received their primary COVID vaccines and at least one booster. Researchers will give participants a single shot at one of three dose levels to check for side effects and see if it boosts antibodies in the blood and the nose.
