Summary

This study aims to understand how immigration experiences affect prostate cancer care decisions and survivorship for men from Sub-Saharan Africa and the Caribbean. Researchers will interview 80 immigrant men who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer to learn about their health-seeking behaviors and challenges. The goal is to identify social factors that create disparities in cancer care to help improve support for immigrant communities.
