Summary
This study is looking at how a person's genes and the amount of the drug cyclophosphamide in their body affect the risk of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) after a stem cell transplant. Researchers will study 120 transplant recipients and their donors. The goal is to find ways to better prevent GVHD while keeping the transplant's cancer-fighting effect.
