Summary

This study looks at how often children's destructive behavior gets worse when they first start a common treatment called FCT. Researchers will watch 40 children aged 3 to 17 who have frequent problem behavior, like aggression or self-injury. The goal is to learn how to make treatment safer by reducing these initial behavior spikes.
