Summary

This study aims to understand how children's thinking skills, memory, and physical health change during the first year after a life-saving stem cell transplant. Researchers will follow 100 young patients, tracking their brain function, strength, activity levels, and environment to see what factors help or hinder recovery. The goal is to gather knowledge to improve future care and support for these children.
