Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called SAR443216 in 44 adults with advanced HER2-positive solid tumors (like breast, lung, or stomach cancer) that had stopped responding to other treatments. The goal was to find a safe dose and see if it could shrink tumors. However, the trial was terminated early, so we don't have full results on how well it worked.
