Summary
This study tests a new, portable leg compression device for people with lymphedema or phlebolymphedema (leg swelling due to vein problems). About 100 adults will use the device at home to see if it improves mobility, reduces swelling, and lowers healthcare costs compared to standard care. The goal is to find a more convenient and effective way to manage this chronic condition.
