NCT ID NCT04557709

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study aimed to understand how often cancer patients with neutropenic fever (a fever with low white blood cells) have serious complications, to see if some could be safely treated at home instead of in the hospital. It planned to review records of low-risk patients treated at MD Anderson Cancer Center in 2019. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
