Summary
This study aims to find gene changes that increase the risk of developing acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) in families. Researchers will use advanced DNA sequencing to test both affected and healthy family members. The goal is to discover new or known inherited mutations that may cause these blood cancers. About 20 participants will be enrolled.
