Scientists investigate immune 'Brakes' in blood cancers

NCT ID NCT07499635

First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study looks at two proteins, CD85d and CD305, that act like brakes on the immune system. Researchers want to see how these proteins behave in different types of B-cell cancers. They will measure these proteins in 180 newly diagnosed patients to learn if they can predict how fast the disease progresses or be used for future treatments. The goal is to better understand these cancers and find new ways to target them.
