First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looked at a new combination of two drugs for people with metastatic melanoma (cancer that has spread). The first part aimed to find the safest dose of an experimental drug (APX005M) when given with an approved immunotherapy (pembrolizumab). The second part checked if the combination helps control the cancer. The study was stopped early, but the goal was to improve treatment options for advanced melanoma.
