First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tested a combination of four drugs (carfilzomib, lenalidomide, dexamethasone, and elotuzumab) in 15 adults with multiple myeloma that had come back or stopped responding to treatment. The goal was to see how many patients achieved a very good partial response or better. The drugs are already approved in other combinations, but this specific four-drug mix is experimental.
