Digital lifeline for stressed students? new app aims to ease campus mental health crisis
NCT ID NCT06623682
Summary
This study is testing whether a digital platform called JCTH+ can help university students manage anxiety and depression better than the usual campus support services. Around 1,700 students in Hong Kong with moderate to severe symptoms will use the platform, which offers self-help tools and connects them to existing services. Researchers will measure changes in students' mental health, quality of life, and the program's cost-effectiveness over two years.
