Summary
This small pilot study tested a structured plate designed to help children with autism (ages 5-7) who have feeding difficulties. Six children used the plate during school lunch three times a week for two months. The goal was to see if it improved eating behaviors and reduced stress for families. Results will guide future, larger studies.
