Heart monitoring gadget put to the test in healthy volunteers

NCT ID NCT07318844

First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tested whether a non-invasive chest device can reliably measure how much blood the heart pumps at rest and during exercise. Twelve healthy adults (6 men, 6 women) rode a stationary bike while the device tracked their heart function. The goal was to see if the device gives consistent results on different days, which could help design future heart studies.
