Summary
This study is testing a new approach to protect the brain during emergency stroke surgery. After doctors remove a blood clot, they will infuse a cooled magnesium solution directly into the affected artery. The goal is to see if this added step is safe and helps more patients regain independence 90 days after their stroke.
