Race against time: new hope for Late-Stage stroke patients
NCT ID NCT06954155
Summary
This study is testing if a clot-busting drug called tenecteplase can help people who have had a major stroke 1 to 3 days ago. It's for patients where a brain scan shows there is still brain tissue that can be saved. The goal is to see if this late treatment leads to better recovery compared to standard medical care alone.
