Summary
This study tests if infusing a cooled magnesium solution directly into the brain's arteries after removing a clot can improve recovery for people with severe stroke. About 42 adults aged 18-80 with a large vessel blockage in the front part of the brain will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and helps more people regain independence within 90 days.
