Summary
This study aims to better understand stroke and mini-strokes (TIAs) by observing up to 4,000 adults who have had or are at risk for these conditions. Researchers will collect data from standard medical tests and some extra research tests, like blood draws and brain scans, to track changes over time. The goal is to gather information that could lead to new treatments and prevention strategies in the future.
