New injection could ease debilitating shoulder pain for stroke survivors

Summary
This study is testing whether injections of an enzyme called hyaluronidase can reduce shoulder pain and stiffness in people who have had a stroke. Researchers will enroll 68 stroke survivors to compare the injection treatment against a placebo. The goal is to see if the treatment improves pain, shoulder movement, arm function, and overall quality of life.
