Summary

This study aims to learn more about stroke and TIA by observing up to 4,000 adults who have had or are at risk for these conditions. Researchers will collect data from standard medical tests and some extra research procedures, such as blood draws and brain scans, to track changes over time. The goal is to better understand how these diseases progress and to generate ideas for future treatments.
