App aims to cut stroke recurrence in thousands of survivors

Summary
This study tests a smartphone app that gives personalized tips to stroke survivors to help them manage health risks like blood pressure and diet. About 5,000 people who recently had a stroke will use the app or receive standard care. The goal is to see if the app lowers the chance of having another stroke within a year.
