App aims to cut stroke recurrence in half

Summary
This study tests a mobile app that gives personalized health tips to people who recently had a stroke. The goal is to see if using the app helps lower the chance of having another stroke within a year. About 5,000 adults aged 40-80 who had an ischemic stroke will participate.
