Brain scans could predict stroke recovery, guide better therapy
NCT ID NCT05332652
Summary
This study aims to understand how the brain changes after a stroke to predict how well a person's arm will recover. Researchers will use brain scans and tests to track recovery over a year. For some participants, they will also test if a mild, non-invasive brain stimulation treatment can improve therapy results when tailored to the individual's brain activity.
