Massive study tracks 5000 stroke survivors to map recovery path
NCT ID NCT02879123
Summary
This study aims to collect and standardize information on how well patients recover three months after having a procedure to remove a blood clot from the brain during a stroke. It will follow 5,000 people who have had this endovascular treatment. The goal is to better understand long-term recovery patterns, as this detailed follow-up information is often missing but is crucial for predicting patient outcomes.
