Muscle scans may reveal stroke recovery odds
NCT ID NCT06589297
Summary
This study aims to find out if simple body measurements can help predict how well someone will recover after a stroke. Researchers will measure muscle mass and composition in 250 stroke patients shortly after their stroke. They will then check if these measurements are linked to the patients' level of disability when they leave the hospital and six months later.
