Can guided exercise help stroke survivors walk better?
NCT ID NCT06061770
Summary
This study compares two approaches to physical activity for people recovering from a stroke. Researchers want to see if a structured exercise program at a dedicated facility works better than a self-directed home program. The study will measure daily steps, walking ability, balance, and quality of life in 40 participants who had a stroke more than six months ago.
