Can a bike ride help rebuild the brain after stroke?

Summary
This study is testing if a special type of cycling, where a machine helps you pedal, can improve recovery of arm and leg movement after a stroke. Researchers will compare this forced cycling plus standard rehab against standard rehab alone in 66 stroke survivors. They also want to see if this approach is more cost-effective and understand how it might help the brain heal.
